Visit to the Deep Space Network Station (DSN), located at Robledo de Chavela, one of three DSN stations in the world. SMC-IT 2017 will provide transportation from the conference site to the DSN.

Visit to the Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC), located at Barcelona. BSC hosts MareNostrum, the most powerful supercomputer in Spain. In March 2004 the Spanish government and IBM signed an agreement to build one of the the fastest computer in Europe. Every attende will need to arrange their accomodation and transportation to the BSC.
