Manuscript Deadlines:  
 
Manuscripts are required from both oral and poster presenters. Guidelines are as follows:
  • IEEE Conference proceedings format
  • 8 pages maximum
  • Excess page fee beyond maximum ($200 / page)
  • 10 point font
  • Black and white printing
  • Email file to SMC-IT@jpl.nasa.gov
  • Schedule:
    • Final Manuscripts due April 3, 2006
    • Final Manuscript Acceptance Notification:  May 10, 2006
    • Authors complete final revisions and upload to IEEE publications web site May 17, 2006
    • IEEE Editor sends book to press June 2, 2006
    • Presentations Due:   July 3, 2006
  • If a manuscript is viewed by the Program Committee to require excessive rework that precludes meeting the publication deadline, then authors will be asked to substitute a formatted version of their already accepted abstract to the publisher using the same manuscript template.

Copyright forms and reprint orders

An IEEE Copyright Release Form will be completed online at the time the final manuscript is uploaded into the IEEE publication system.
