Registration Instructions
- On-Line registration has been extended through 12noon PDT, Friday,
July 14. After that, the on-line registration will be closed and on-site
registration must be used beginning Sunday, July 16.
- Pricing: The reg fee extends to 12noon PDT, Monday, July 10,
after which it increases. This is due to commitments that must be
made to service providers of the event.
- Restrictions: After 12noon PDT, Monday, July 10, SMC-IT cannot
guarantee reservations at the Night-Out event. We will
do our best to accommodate late (post-July 10) and on-site registrations up
to a target ceiling we have negotiated with the theme park.
- No cash will be accepted on site. Only credit cards and checks, including travelers checks.

Important Information
The conference registration fee will include participation for all the sessions on July 17, 18 and 19, entrance to the vendor exhibition hall, breakfast, lunch, refreshments, Monday night reception and a first come first served Thursday (post-conference) tour of JPL .
In addition, the registration fee will include an electrifying night out at (TBD).
